am reaching out to see if you or a representative from your institution is available to set up a table during the students' lunches to talk to prospective students. Last year, this was a successful way to encourage students to explore schools that they may not have previously considered. 
The available days are listed on the sign-up sheet I have linked below. Please select a date that works best for you and fill in your contact information. I'd appreciate it if you could also indicate your institution's most popular programs as that will help me in the marketing/promotion process of your visit. Each school has a separate tab, so please be sure to sign up for both schools.
